We recommend measuring your foot size on a flat surface. Before measurements, we advise to put on footwear (socks, stockings, or tights) with which you plan to wear your shoes.
We recommend taking measurements on a hard surface such as laminate, tile, parquet flooring, or a lint-free carpet.
Take measurements in a well-lit room and avoid shadows in the frame.
You need a reference template to take measurements. A bank (credit) card suits this purpose perfectly, as well as a discount card, which has similar dimensions. If you use a bank card for measuring your foot size, please hide your personal data printed on it.
The distance between your foot and the credit card must be about 10 cm (4 inches).
The image should not be blurry. Make sure your camera lens is clean.
It is best to measure your foot size when you are standing, when your feet is bearing your body weight.
