Account and Data Deletion

1. General Information
This page describes the account and personal data deletion process in the E-Size mobile application developed by Gravity Group.
Users can delete their account and associated data independently and automatically, without contacting support.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted
When an account is deleted in the E-Size application, the following actions are performed automatically:

• deletion of the user account (identifier, email address, linked authentication methods);
• deletion of user profile data;
• deletion of measurement results and calculation outputs associated with the account;
• deletion of saved user preferences.

Photos used for foot scanning are NOT stored and are automatically deleted immediately after the calculation process is completed.

3. Data Anonymization
After account deletion, all remaining related data is anonymized.
Anonymized data does not contain personal identifiers, cannot be used to restore a user account, and cannot be reversed or re-identified.
Such anonymized data may be used only in aggregated form for:

• analytics and algorithm improvement;
• ensuring proper operation of the service.

4. How to Delete Your Account and Data
Account and data deletion is performed automatically as follows:

1. Open the E-Size mobile application.
2. Go to the user profile section.
3. Select “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Once confirmed, the account and associated data are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.


5. Processing Time
Account deletion and data anonymization are initiated immediately after user confirmation.
Complete processing may take up to 30 calendar days.
